With Controls for Contact Form 7 plugin you can save form submission data in TablePress tables. This feature is available since version 0.9.0 (January 2025) of the plugin.
First, select the form from the dropdown menu where to store the entries. The plugin will automatically add new form submissions as rows with field title as column headers. Consider creating a new TablePress form for each Contact Form 7 form.
